Forming Inspection

At this station, we inspect formed balls to ensure artwork accuracy, proper assembly, and stitching quality. Digital recording systems provide timely alerts via email to responsible personnel whenever deviations exceed the defined limits.

Endline Inspection

At this station, we inspect conditioned balls according to adidas standards and measure critical parameters using automated systems. This ensures accuracy by eliminating human error and provides real-time alerts to relevant personnel.

Digital Finished Good Warehouse

Digital Warehouse ensures efficient tracking and traceability of Packed POs, enabling easy access for AQL inspections and streamlined loading for dispatch.
